Born January 25,1950 in Portland Oregon to George & Tessie Greenwood. He passed away unexpectedly March 1, 2012 in Oregon City, Oregon. He was preceded in Death by His Father, and three brothers Ricky, Gerald, and George. He is survived by his mother, twin sister Anne, sister Mary Jo, and daughters Vicki, Sheelah, Kelly, Lindsay, Ebony, Carmel, and Candace, 15 Grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends. He was greatly loved and will be missed dearly. Memorial services will be Held on April 15, 2012 at 1pm at Mt Tabor Presbyterian church 5441 SE Belmont, for Victor and his brother George Jr.
